Are you a Virginia Credit Union member looking to save money at closing? When you use our affiliated businesses, Virginia CU Realty and Virginia Statewide Title Services, and close your mortgage with Virginia Credit Union, you may be eligible for a rebate. Ask your Virginia CU Realty agent or a Virginia Credit Union representative for details.

Virginia Credit Union Members Listing Discount

Receive a half percent (.5%) discount on the listing commission when you sell a home through Virginia CU Realty. For example, on a home that sold for $200,000, that would be a $1,000 savings to the VACU member.
