I love my career as a realtor! For me, life is all about relationships, and I truly enjoy the different aspects of each and every relationship I form. For example, when you choose me as your realtor, you also have me as your confidant, advisor, and advocate.
I enjoy interacting with my clients-- before, during, and after their home purchase or sale. I work hard to educate them about the current market, financing options, and home maintenance routines. I have a wealth of resources for homeowners and I am happy to share. If you want to build a deck, add a room, or get a new roof, I will put you in touch with someone who is competent and kind.
Having a home and thus a “soft place to land” is very important in today’s fast-paced world. The decision to become a homeowner is typically one of life’s major choices. It’s critical to work with someone you can trust and who always keeps their promises.
When I’m not working with first-time home buyers, families who are downsizing, or individuals ready for a residential upgrade, you’ll find me spending time at my Hanover home with my sweet friends and family-- including my three Labrador Retrievers: Lillie, Eunice, and Miss Alice. Or, I may be performing a wedding ceremony as the civil celebrant. I was appointed by a Hanover County Judge in 2015. It’s a cherished hobby. I just love weddings! I’ve performed hundreds of ceremonies in a variety of settings. The first home I sold was to a couple I married in Richmond. Again, for me, life is truly all about relationships.
I welcome the opportunity to assist with making your dreams come true--whether you are home buying, selling, or renting. I will protect your interests fiercely, but gently. And I will do my utmost to make the entire experience both fun and memorable.
